CONTRACT FOR PROFITABLE FREELANCING ACADEMY
This Contract is made between Joseph Don and Messiah Ekaette (the "Trainers") and (the "Student") on for the Profitable Freelancing Academy training program (the "Program").
1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The Program is a training on freelancing, teaching students how to sell their skills and potentially earn at least $500 per month.
2. PAYMENT TERMS: The Student agrees to pay the full program fee of N50,000 upfront.
3. NO REFUND POLICY: The Trainers do not offer any refunds for the Program under any circumstances. By enrolling, the Student acknowledges understanding and acceptance of this policy.
4. NO JOB GUARANTEE: The Trainers do not guarantee job placement or success in freelancing as a result of the Program. The Student acknowledges that their success depends on their individual effort and dedication.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All Program materials, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, and any other resources, are the exclusive property of the Trainers. Students are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share any Program materials without prior written consent.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY: Students agree to maintain the confidentiality of all Program materials and any information shared during the training.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any disputes arising from this Contract will be resolved through mediation and arbitration in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements. By signing below, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Contract.
